Pick the services you need, specify your budget, number of products, and briefly describe your brand so we can get back to you with a proposal.
We'll review your form and ask more questions if needed. Once everything is clear, we'll send you a proposal. Each proposal contains studio location, proposed shot list, project specifications, total price, and order turnaround time.
As soon as you accept the proposal, you will get a shipping request by email. You can process it by creating a shipping label, adding a tracking number, or scheduling a drop-off at our studio.
After getting your products, we'll confirm the total number of items delivered and make sure there are no extra questions.
What questions? Sometimes, we receive fewer items than expected or we have to shoot more images than requested. So, we reach out to you to clarify the details and make changes if needed.
If you are a new client or have a complex order, we suggest ordering test shots. Test photoshoot is a great way to confirm guidelines, image quality, angles, lighting, and other details. It helps to align the imagery to your expectations. This is especially beneficial for orders with 20+ shots.
Once you are satisfied with the test results, we'll send you an invoice.
Good news, we’re halfway there. Products are received and verified, test images are made and approved, and the invoice is sent to you. Once you make the payment, we move to the shooting stage.

8 Business Days
We start shooting your project the next business day since the payment is made. Order turnaround time is standardized across all studios, but it may be increased due to the high volume of orders in some locations. In such cases, we’ll inform you within the proposal.
If you are in a hurry, you can always select a rush delivery option (twice as fast) for an additional 50% fee.
2-14 Business Days
Once we're done with the images, you will get a link to approve and download them. You can also request edits within 5 business days after receiving the link.
All revision requests must be made within 5 business days since receiving the images. After 5 business days, all revisions will be paid.
We take up to 2 business days to assess your request. We'll let you know if the edits can be made in retouching or need a reshoot, and if they are paid or free of charge.
Retouching edits can take up to 3 business days. Reshoots might need the standard turnaround time of 8 business days.
Here we are. All done, reviewed, and approved. Now, you can request a product return by uploading a shipping label, creating a new one, or scheduling a pickup from our studio.
STANDARD
The approximate turnaround time for orders up to 50 images is 8 business days* since we receive your products and payment.
RUSH
Rush orders can be completed twice as faster as the Standard turnaround time and usually takes up to 4 business days* to complete.

1. You can schedule a drop-off of your product(s) at the Squareshot office assigned to your project.
2. You can generate UPS/USPS shipping label by adding a shipping address in the Heroshot. You'll get the label by email once you accept the proposal.
3. You can generate a shipping label with the shipping service of your choice and provide us with the tracking number
YOU HAVE A FEW OPTIONS TO GET YOUR PRODUCT(S) BACK:
1. You can schedule a pick-up from the Squareshot studio.
2. You can upload a prepaid return label to your shipment.
3. You also have an option to make a return request, where we will take the responsibility of a return onto ourselves. This happens in individual cases, if there were made special arrangements.
If you don’t need your products back, you simply do not make a return shipping request.
We have a per-image fixed pricing (link here) for each category of service (standard photo, group photo, hand model photo, etc). You can also purchase a membership (Growth and Enteprise), which grants you a cheaper base price. There's a 300$ minimum order for non-members.
Sure! We encourage all our clients to provide references to understand what result you would like to achieve.
Unfortunately, no. Our production model is built around efficiency, remote coordination, and fixed pricing. We have introduced the necessary tools to support effective online collaboration.
Yes, any revisions made due to Squareshot's failure to follow your shooting directions are free of charge. Any revisions (link to Revisions Policy | Squareshot Help Center) made due to unclear directions from the client which were open to interpretation and assumption will be paid.
Yes, standard retouching is included for every image you order. Any complex manipulations such as fixing product damages will be paid.
