WHEN DO I PAY AND CAN I GET A REFUND?
Once your products are delivered to Squareshot and we confirmed that the items match the sent proposal, we send you an invoice. Once you make the payment, we move to the shooting stage.
We use Stripe so you can pay with all major Credit / Debit cards.
We provide custom photography based on the approved requirements, thus, we don't offer refunds after we started shooting the images.
HOW DO I SHIP PRODUCTS?
To deliver your items, you can:

1. Schedule a drop-off of your products at the Squareshot studio assigned to your project.

2. Generate a shipping label with the shipping service of your choice and provide us with the tracking number.

After the images are confirmed, we give a 30-day window to have the items returned by requesting one of the following options in the Client Portal:

1. Schedule pick-up of your products.

2. Provide your own return shipping label.

3. Request a shipping label to be created by Squareshot and invoice sent for payment.

4. Donate the items (+1 to karma).
SHOULD I GET A MEMBERSHIP?

CAN I PROVIDE REFERENCES?
Absolutely! We encourage all our clients to provide references to understand what result they would like to achieve.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
We start shooting your project the next business day once we receive the payment. There are 2 image delivery speeds (based on the selected membership plan):

‍‍STANDARD
takes 6-8 business days* since we receive the products and the payment.

RUSH
takes 3-4 business days* since we receive the products and the payment.

*excluding holidays and applies for orders up to 50 standard images.
SHOULD I GET A TEST SHOOT?
For new clients or complex projects, we recommend requesting test shots. We will shoot a few test images from the entire project to confirm guidelines, styling, and creative direction.

Once you approve these images, we will send you an invoice. Once it is paid, we proceed with the rest of the shoot. This is particularly helpful for projects over 20 images.
DO YOU ACCEPT REVISIONS?
Yes, any revisions made due to Squareshot's failure to follow your shooting directions are free of charge. Any revisions made due to unclear directions from the client which were open to interpretation and assumption will be paid.
IS RETOUCHING INCLUDED?
Yes, standard retouching is included for every image you order. Any complex manipulations such as fixing product damages will be paid.
