Everybody knows that conversion rate is one of the critical metrics for every business, selling products online. Marketing departments and designers are working hard to increase this number from month to month.

The Challenge

Luna first started selling their blankets exclusively on Amazon. For an e-commerce startup, to use Amazon as a launching pad made perfect sense – it seemed to be the fastest and easiest way to start. 

As business operations, such as payment processing and fulfillment, were handled by Amazon, founders focused on the other vital part: promoting their business and getting new customers. 

To get more attention on Amazon, business owners need to improve and optimize their listing continually. It means paying attention to SEO descriptions, customer reviews, and of course – high-quality visuals – to build trust and to make your products stand out from the competition.

Building a solid brand image was the founders' goal. Amazon already had plenty of weighted blankets offerings, which still wasn't made by American brands and somehow lacked in quality. Luna had high-quality products, they put a lot of effort to make. Now they needed to showcase it to the audience properly.
